How can I get the samples?

We are honored to offer you samples. The samples will be double charge, clients need to pay for the courier cost.
The extra sample cost will be refund when you place the bulk order.
Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.
to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your
local carrier company.

We have 3 years warranty under the right use .When loading we will Prepare some oil painting in the container if you needed. If your chair scratches in future, you can repair it.

30% deposit payment---start production---Take photos you confirmed ---check the logistic---book shipment---inform customer ETD&ETA---balance payment ---load container---send documents.

How can you prove your chairs are in good quality?

We design some professional for different, like Violence test, Load-bearing test, Fire protection test, Painting test, etc.

1)If you are allowed to visit our factory, you can finish the test by yourself, we will give you some guidance at the site.

What are payment terms?

Payment.30% deposit before production and 70% balance is before shipment.

You have flexibility to choose the following payment terms : T/T, Western Union .

Can I visit your factory?

Sure, our factory located in Foshan, China. If you want to have a visit to our factory, please contact us to make an appointment. We can arrange driver to pick you around.

Can I customized the chairs?

Yes, of course. We are factory here over 12 years, can accept your customization requirement. You can provide with the picture or concept, we will make the chair as per your detail request. We can print or emboss the hotels logo on the goods or their packing box.
