CHAIR APPEARENCE
Choosing the right chairs is crucial for weddings, hotel banquets, or restaurant operations. Our stackable wedding and dining chairs, crafted from modern metal, are designed specifically for these occasions. They combine beauty, practicality, and quality, making them the ideal choice for enhancing the style and user experience of your venue.
STACBALE DESIGN
The chair boasts exceptional stackability, allowing for up to multiple levels. This design greatly facilitates venue space utilization. After an event, chairs can be quickly stacked and stored, significantly saving storage space. During transportation, the stacked chairs facilitate carrying multiple chairs at once, reducing lift times and labor costs. This makes it easy to handle both daily hotel operations and venue setup and cleanup for events like weddings and banquets, improving work efficiency.
FRAME COLOR FOR OPTIONS
In terms of frame colors, we offer two distinct spraying technologies, each delivering unique aesthetic effects and performance characteristics to cater to different application scenarios and customer preferences:
Baking Paint Finish: This process involves applying a high-quality liquid paint to the frame surface, followed by curing it in a controlled high-temperature oven. The result is a smooth, glossy, and highly durable finish that boasts excellent resistance to scratches, UV radiation, and daily wear. Baking paint also allows for a wider range of vibrant, saturated colors and even custom color matching, making it ideal for customers seeking a sleek, premium look for their products.
Powder Coating Finish: Unlike liquid paint, this method uses finely ground, dry powder particles that are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the frame. The coated frame is then heated in an oven, where the powder melts, flows, and forms a tough, uniform film. Powder coating offers superior durability with a thicker, more resistant layer that excels at withstanding impact, corrosion, and harsh environmental conditions. Aesthetically, it typically produces a matte, semi-matte, or textured finish (rather than a high gloss), which is favored for applications prioritizing robustness and a more understated, industrial-chic appearance.
